Workshop Registration Transfer & Cancellation Agreement

Please read, understand and agree to all policies before registering for a Chocolate Academy Workshop.  In order to secure your space payment must be made upon booking, if a class time slot is filled prior to payment the space will no longer be available and you will need to book in at a later date.

Workshop Transfer and Cancellation Policies

Customer request to cancel a Chocolate Academy Workshop or to transfer to another Chocolate Academy Workshop must be made via phone to our Duckworth Street Location at least 72 hours in advance of the start of the chocolate workshop.  All bookings are non refundable however a transfer to another date/time will be offered.

Transfer or cancellation requests made after the 72 hour deadline will not be honored, and no transfer or refund will be offered.

NOTE: All transfer requests are contingent upon the enrollment space of chosen class.

Workshop Cancellation 

Workshops will be cancelled 3 days prior to the event if there is low enrollment; we require a minimum of 8 participants to run a class in the time slots listed. When a workshop is cancelled, attendees will be notified immediately and will be given the option to rebook into another class at a later date or receive a refund of their certificate.
